Elite Boxing: Begin
Ages 7–9

A fun, beginner-friendly introduction to boxing. Kids learn basic boxing movements, footwork, and coordination through games and structured drills. Each session incorporates lessons from our 13 Life Values to support character growth from an early age.

Elite Boxing: Progress
Ages 10–12

At this stage, youth begin learning more technical elements of boxing while continuing to improve their fitness, focus, and discipline. Sessions are designed to challenge and engage students while reinforcing our 13 Life Values using our interactive Values Booklet.

 

Focus: Skill Progression, Coordination, Resilience

Elite Boxing: Teens
Ages 13–16

Teen athletes dive deeper into advanced punches, footwork, head movement, conditioning and advanced defensive strategies. This class supports personal development during a key phase of adolescence, helping youth build emotional resilience, self-esteem, and purpose. Values-based discussions remain a key component.

Elite Boxing: Advance
Ages 17–Adult

This program pushes athletes to master their boxing technique while maximizing strength, endurance, and strategy. Ideal for students looking to elevate their performance, whether for personal development or in preparation for competition. Continues to integrate the 13 Life Values framework.

 

Focus: Technical Mastery, Conditioning, Integrity

Competitive Training Team (Invitation Only)
Fridays – 2 sessions. Age groups 9-12 and 13-upwards 

For students who show strong potential and commitment to boxing. This invitation-only class prepares athletes for competition through intensive technical training, sparring, and mental preparation. Coaches monitor each athlete’s progress, discipline, and attitude before extending an invitation.

 

Focus: High Performance, Accountability, Champion Mindset

1-on-1 Personal Training – $80/per session 
(1 Hour)

Take your training to the next level with private, one-on-one coaching tailored specifically to your goals. Whether you're looking to sharpen your boxing technique, improve coordination, build confidence, boost strength and speed, or simply get fit with a fun and challenging workout — this session is designed just for you.

Each session is focused, flexible, and fully personalised. You'll receive dedicated coaching, progress tracking, and expert support in a safe, motivating environment. Ideal for beginners, athletes, or anyone seeking targeted results.

 1-on-2 Personal Training – $140/per session
(1 Hour)

Train with a partner or as a couple and share the journey together. Our 1-on-2 sessions are a great way to stay motivated while enjoying tailored workouts designed around both participants' goals.
