

Membership Package: This is not your average gym membership. This is a complete training system. When you join our term membership, you unlock access to 5 sessions per week, giving you the opportunity to train consistently, improve faster, and maximise your results.
Your week includes:
• Monday & Wednesday (1 hour 15 minutes) Structured boxing sessions focused on skill development, fitness, and conditioning. Youth members also take part in our 13 Life Values program, building discipline, confidence, and strong character.
• Tuesday & Thursday (45 minutes) High-energy BoxFit and Circuit Training sessions designed to improve endurance, strength, and overall performance.
• Friday (Sparring Access) Step into a controlled, safe environment to apply your skills through sparring alongside our competitive team. This is where growth accelerates and confidence is built under pressure. With five training opportunities each week, members are not limited to just showing up, they are given every chance to improve, stay consistent, and push their potential. This is more than fitness. This is structure, discipline, and real development.
